We are looking for an enthusiastic person to work at Bowland Fell holiday park, part of Bridge Leisure.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB: 

We are looking for an enthusiastic cook to run our small team. Pipers @ Bowland Fell, part of Bridge Leisure,  offers a relaxed dining experience providing high quality Pub grub/Bistro style food, with an emphasis on fresh local produce where possible

The successful applicant will ideally have a minimum of 2 years’ experience. We want someone with creativity and passion to help us deliver great tasting dishes and enhance the overall dining experience for our customers..

  • To carry out all duties within the bars areas to agreed operating standards
  • To comply with all Company policies and procedures, for example, delegation of authority, licensing laws, health & safety policy, food safety, etc.

With a stunning location on the edge of the Forest Of Bowland and the Yorkshire Dales our quiet holiday park is the perfect destination for tranquil escapes in the countryside. Bowland Fell is made for those who love the great outdoors.
