As a Sous Chef we will ASK you to:

  • Take responsibility for the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.
  • Have a huge passion for our Italian food, and the desire to deliver our menu and specs perfectly.
  • Inspire and lead your team in consistently delivering our amazing dishes and standards.
  • Be fully versed on health and safety procedures ensuring that the kitchen is safe, always.
  • Be confident in management across all areas including prep and par, stock and order, ticket and line.
  • Have previous experience at a similar level, ideally within a branded restaurant.
