We are looking for an experienced CDP who loves food and is keen to take on responsibility. This is a great opportunity for a dedicated and passionate chef to join a well established company, passionate about delivering incredible food and exceptional service.

The Bollo House is part of Metropolitan Pub Company - here at Metro we want this to be the best place you have ever worked!

Duties will include preparing fresh dishes, following our daily cleaning schedule and of course supporting our head chef in maintaining and delivering our high standards.

The successful applicant will have previous experience in a similar environment (gastro pub or restaurant) and would be enthusiastic about working in a kitchen with very high standards for quality, freshness and cleanliness.
