Responsibilities of a Chef De Partie: 

  • Managing the kitchen assistants in the absence of the Head/Sous Chef
  • Day to day cleaning
  • Preparing and cooking dishes to the highest standards
  • Maintaining a positive atmosphere in the kitchen
  • Providing guests with a memorable dining experience

  • Someone who will adapt and learn on the job

Experience:

  • Chef (1 year)

Job Duties:

  • Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
  • Follow recipes and presentation specifications
  • Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards
  • Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment
  • Restock items as needed throughout the shift
  • Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards

Additional Duties:

  • Inputting orders
  • Recording food temperatures
  • Preparing reports
