Situated at the end of a mews – this is a stunning place to work that offers exquisite menus & service. 

We are looking for a very organised Sous Chef with experience in all areas of the kitchen – experience in the pastry section would be of advantage
Experience in quality dining is preferred for this role and as a Sous Chef you must be exceptionally presented

• Passionate about your trade & craft

• Great leader, able to motivate and develop junior team members
• Great knowledge and certificates in food safety, hygiene, health & safety
• Creative with ideas – your ideas count here, and we want you to have the freedom deserved!
• Experience in ordering and working with suppliers
