As the Pastry Head Chef, you'll lead the Pastry department in our on-site production kitchen, producing all sweet items and gelato for all 4 restaurants and quick service areas.

Leading and managing a team of pastry chefs to maintain set standards, seasonal recipes and controlling stock. Our pastry is an open kitchen and part of the experience at Eataly.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR...

  • Significant experience as a senior Pastry Chef
  • Experience with fast paced and high demand production environment
  • Knowledge of Italian pastry items and techniques
  • Solid communication skills between all appropriate departments
  • A warm and friendly attitude, confidence to interact with our guests
  • A passion for food and beverage and the Italian culture
  • Willingness to be flexible and support multiple teams
  • Fluent in English
  • Right to work in the UK
