The menu will inspired by local British produce and will touch on classical dishes in a modern way

Auberge du Lac with five private dining/meeting rooms sits beside the Broadwater Lake with a view over the signature holes on the Melbourne course.

Responsibilities will include:

• Work with the pastry chef to provide seasonal pastry menus
• Prepare, cook and execute food to a high-quality set standard
• Follow recipes, health & safety and other guidelines set in place
• Maintaining the highest food hygiene level and safety standards
• Excellent spoken English
• Hard working and punctual
• Previous experience as a Pastry Chef in a hotel or restaurant
• An individual who will work well in a professional, hospitable and friendly working environment
• Be passionate about providing the best experience for our guests
• Work well in an intimate team setting
