You will provide leadership to all culinary avtivities of the Royal Lanacster Londonand ensure the quality and persentation of the food served from teh kitchen is of the highest standards at all times. As Sous Chef, you will play an integral part in assisting the Executive Head Chef in the daily operational management of the First Floor Kitchen; training and motivating a team of chefs to deliver 5-star products; work closely with the Food & Beverage team.  You will also assist in the creation of new menus, and be responsible for all matters related to food & hygiene standards within the kitchen.
