The Andaz London is currently recruiting for Chef de Partie in Rake’s Café Bar.

All applicants must be able to work until 1am.

About the role:

As a Chef de Partie some of the key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Good prep Knowledge.
• International cuisine knowledge
• Understand HACCP
• Flexible hours as possibly you will be need to work on weekend, public holidays.
• Have knife skill and basic food knowledge
• Have capability to run your own section
• Multi-tasking
