An amazing opportunity has become available for a Junior Sous Chef to join Raymond Blanc's Brasserie Blanc family.

Ideal Candidate

  • The Junior Sous Chef will need to have a great personality, strong communication and leadership skills, presence and passion.
  • Experience within the UK market working fresh food and branded operations is ideal.
  • Our Junior Sous Chefs are responsible for all aspects of the kitchen pass and will need to be a strong team player.
