An amazing opportunity has become available for an experienced Junior Sous Chef to join Raymond Blanc's Brasserie Blanc and White Brasserie family.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • The Junior Sous Chef will need to have a great personality, good communication and leadership skills, presence and passion.
  • Experience within the UK market having ideally worked with fresh food or in a branded operation.
  • Our Junior Sous Chefs are able to oversee all sections and play a supportive role to the snr chefs.
