An amazing opportunity has become available for an experienced, passionate, food led and team focused Head Chef to join Raymond Blanc's Brasserie Blanc and White Brasserie family.

Our restaurants and pub brasserie’s are full of character, contemporary, stylish and welcoming with a unique combination of a traditional French brasserie… with a modern twist.

Passion and quality are at the forefront of everything we do. Our kitchens combine both classical french and modern techniques, working with the best seasonal produce and state of the art equipment to deliver quality dishes to our customers.

Head Chef -The Ideal Candidate:

• The Head Chef will need to have a great personality and be a strong communicator.
• Proven leadership skills, have great presence and demonstrate the ability to develop a team are key requirements.
• Your passion for working with fresh food will inspire and motivate both your kitchen and front of house teams, helping to maintain the highest quality and consistency.
• Working within busy, fresh food and branded operations is beneficial.
• Our Head Chefs are fully responsible for all aspects of the kitchen and will need to be commercially minded.
• Will have some previous hotel experience
•  You are able to demonstrate a strong financial acumen and can demonstrate working to and achieving budgets, GP%, labour budgets and staff retention.
