The Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire is a resort hotel in the English countryside, just 10 minutes from Fleet and 45 minutes from London. With a varied selection of restaurants focusing on use of local produce and with 24 hour room service, our guests have a lovely collection to choose from. This role takes on the lead position in our Wild Carrot Restaurant which was total refurbished last year.

The Restaurant Chef holds a management position within the kitchen department, reporting to the Four Seasons Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef and is responsible for supervising the day-to-day running of the Culinary team responsible for the main Hotel Restaurant, which currently holds 2 rosettes.

Wild Carrot is an upmarket brasserie style restaurant with focus on fresh, local produce.  The role will involve managing the Wild Carrot concept, menus and team; this is also a hands-on role, with excellent potential to mentor a passionate, developing team.

Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire are seeking an individual whose hands-on leaderships style will motivate and drive a team keen for knowledge and growth.

Culinary creativity and flair are essential alongside the ability to provide guidance to others. Excellent knowledge of H&S and allergens are key.

Good business acumen, excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic are required.
