We are recruiting Chef de Parties to join the team at St Pierre Park Hotel in Guernsey.  Our Executive Head Chef Dale Lapperts is looking for someone who is confident, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and has experience of working in a multi outlet fast paced Hotel Kitchen.

St Pierre Park Hotel & Spa is a 4 Star Hotel with 131 bedrooms. The Hotel has a main restaurant & bar and this summer will also have an Italian themed pop up brasserie style restaurant.
