Chef de Partie - HIX Oyster and Fish House, Lyme Regis

We are currently looking for a chef de partie to complete the brigade at our restaurant in Lyme Regis, HIX serves the best seasonal produce available with daily changing menus. This is a great opportunity to work with one of Britain's leading chefs and restaurateurs, Mark Hix in his regional South West Restaurant.  The Oyster and Fish house is in a stunning location overlooking The Cobb in Lyme Regis.

If you have at least two years' experience in a similar role and good knowledge of British food we would like to hear from you.

The right candidate will have enthusiasm, drive and a passion for seasonal food, thriving under pressure in a busy environment.

Good rates of pay offered circa £18,000 per annum depending on experience
