Tips - Between May and September our Sous Chef's at our restaurant in Winchester earned on average £3.20 per hour in tips. This equals up to £144 per week (based on a 45 hour week) and up to £624 per month in tips.

We’re looking for an experienced Sous Chef to support our kitchen Head Chef at our Rick Stein restaurant in Winchester.

What you'll be getting up to:

- Leading the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef and organising others under your supervision
- Placing orders using our stock systems to ensure correct stock levels are maintained
- Controlling the kitchen from a financial and quality driven perspective
- Assisting the Head Chef with the scheduling, development and recruiting of staff
- Keeping in touch with current food trends and having an input with suggestions for the menu

- Demonstrating strong company and menu knowledge
