We are incredibly passionate about what we do, and we want more people who share our passion for great Mexican food and service. We know that team work is the key to our success and our crew are the back bone of the restaurants, these guys run the show.

We place a lot of trust in our managers and they run their restaurant like it’s their own, they also work alongside area managers and a great support team. Also we have many career opportunities that we offer through training tools, many different courses and assessment days. 

Tortilla Managers

Our Managers and Assistant Managers are leaders, ensuring things run day to day as well as growing the business long term.

 

Kitchen Crew

These guys are the heart of Tortilla getting all the food prepped for service. They are constantly cooking throughout the day making sure we have everything available on the line

 

Front of the House crew

Working on the line, our front of house crew are the face of Tortilla. This role can include hosting, taking payments, wrapping the burritos – or a mix of all in one day.

 

Kitchen production crew

The role is to produces our special marinated meats and other items for some of our businesses. They prepare amazing food ensuring the quality of food expected in Tortilla as a support for Restaurant kitchens.
